We had the best experience working with Damian from One Point Five Real Estate. From start to finish he kept things moving and made the whole process feel straightforward. He was always easy to reach and happy to help, no matter how big or small our ask was. Communication was clear and timely throughout, which we really appreciated. While the lawyers were finalising everything, he stayed on top of the process, following up where needed and making sure nothing slowed down unnecessarily. Through having bought and sold multiple properties over the last several years, I have worked with multiple agents and agencies, and I can honestly say that Damian Barnard and his One Point Five agency, is absolutely the top shelf. The sale of a property can often be often difficult, stressful, even traumatic. From the first time I met Damian, when he personally drove two hours to Hermanus to view our property, all the way through to today (well after the sale and transfer was concluded), our experience has been anything but that. No request was too much for Damian, and his professionalism, service, knowledge, attention to detail, integrity, and amiable manner throughout the process, made the whole experience of selling our property smooth and easy. I have to admit to initially being skeptical about potentially receiving substandard service from an agency charging a fixed commission that’s so much lower than all other agencies, thinking this must be too good to be true. Nothing could be further from the truth. Damian and OnePointFive consistently ‘went the extra mile’ and not only saved us money, but we could not have wished for better service, attention and care.
